We have been working with some of the best known brands & retailers in developing category strategies and subsequent creative for well over a decade.
Our team have helped turn key consumer insights into robust category comms that assist the consumer in their shopper missions and ultimately drive growth of the respective category. With our ability to think strategically and deliver in creative, design, artwork, video, 3D and production we are the perfect partner for category teams.
One size does not fit all with category strategy and design. We start from the ground up, looking at consumer insights, the changing trends. We develop these to formulate a strategy and then we begin to look at how this transposes to the instore environment and through the consumer path to purchase.
Driving incremental growth by pushing key sign posting of brands. Helping shoppers on their journey is important but also driving engagement through instore theatre is key to getting the best results.
Making the fixture easier to navigate is key to driving growth. Simple sign posting is incredibly important in achieving this. By segmenting how consumers shop rather than by product category you cater for the shoppers habits and their missions.
L’Oreal Professional (Trade) has a vast array of products and with time strapped professionals they needed to make their hair colourants area work harder. We developed a new look and feel and revamped how they merchandised and communicated their vast array of hair colourants (and other products). We conducted / filmed interviews with key stakeholders, developed a robust strategy and delivered an instore overhaul with a new way to shop the fixture.
We have developed a number of new initiatives for shopping the beers, wines and spirits category. We took this to the next level when we designed and helped build the Diageo store of the future at their customer collaboration centre (CCC) in London. This was packed with engaging instore innovation and new ways to engage with consumers and create a memorable instore experience.
